Q53 病毒性肝炎病毒容易变异吗?
所有病毒均存在一定频率的自发变异,通常RNA病毒的自发变异频率高于DNA病毒。各种肝炎病毒的自发变异频率如下:
· 甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)基因自发突变频率为1.73×10-4~9.76×10-4(/ 位点·年),低于其他小RNA科的病毒。
· 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因自发突变频率为2.2×10-6~7.9×10-5(/ 位点·年)[4-6],低于RNA病毒但明显高于其他DNA病毒。
· 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因自发突变频率约为1.8×10-4(/ 位点·年)。
· 丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)基因自发突变频率约为3.18×10-3/ (位点·年)。
· 戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)基因自发突变频率约为1.4×10-3/ (位点·年)。
HBV和HCV在抗病毒治疗中变异发生的频率会明显增高。
