分子生物学技术
利用分子生物学技术检测小鼠肌腱炎相关的器官和组织水平的潜在机制变化。组织结构可以用色谱技术测定ECM(细胞外基质)、蛋白多糖 (包括核心蛋白聚糖、聚糖、纤维调节素)和糖蛋白 (包括弹性蛋白、纤维蛋白、肌腱蛋白-C)含量。同时,造成组织成分差异的通路变化可以利用微阵列分析、聚合酶链反应(PCR)、Western印迹、电泳和质谱分析来说明。
要建立一个实用的肌腱炎动物模型,最好以具有临床意义的风险因子促使肌腱组织发生病变和引发病症,然后利用病理组织学方法和与临床症状有关的评估方法来确认肌腱炎性状。但不同部位的肌腱炎呈显著差异,大部分肌腱炎发生在肌腱附着点 (除跟腱炎以外)。目前建立的小鼠肌腱炎模型并不能控制肌腱发病部位,因此,对于建立小鼠肌腱炎模型方法仍需进一步研究。
