Conclusions

In this study,cyclic loading tests were conducted on the timber specimens along the parallel to grain direction to establish a complete stress-strain model.The effective stress tensor was divided into positive and negative components,and Hill's yielding criteria together with a new hardening rule was adopted in a numerical study.It achieved great agreement.
