1.3　Clinical Presentations

In an international，multicenter study of 1064 patients with AIP（Hart et al.2013a），the most common symptom of AIP patients was painless jaundice，followed by pancreatitis/abdominal pain and abnormal imaging such as diffuse pancreatic enlargement and mass，and pancreatic dysfunction.AIP patients may have symptoms due to extrapancreatic involvement of IgG4-related disease such as salivary gland enlargement（Kamisawa et al.2015）.(https://www.daowen.com)
