PREFACE
The Art College of Inner Mongolia Normal University is the first school devoted to National art education in Inner Mongolia. Since its establishment in 1954, the Art College has been focused on both art education and practice. For over six decades, the faculty of the college has represented the life and art spirit of our time through their work while been taking the honorable duty of education, making a remarkable contribution to the development of art in Inner Mongolia.
This catalogue is a selection of recent works by 11 professors working at the Art College, which includes both examples from their teaching and works of their own academic standards. Their work expresses the charm of national art, which based on tradition while opens to all possibilities of the future. Through the reading of each of their work, we may enjoy and witness a variety of styles, and academic seriousness. This solid foundation and serious academic attitude are our primary principle for education.
In the future, we would like to publish a series of catalogues of this standard as a platform for presenting the achievement of the Art College faculty. In this effort, we intend to facilitate the inheritance of fine tradition of the college and advance our academic standards. This is the call of the time, the duty of the Art College, the challenge, but also the opportunity.

王耀中
1971年12月出生于内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市土默特左旗。
1992年7月于内蒙古师范大学本科毕业，获文学学士学位。
2006年7月于中央美术学院研究生毕业，获文学硕士学位。
现为内蒙古师范大学美术学院副院长、教授、硕士生导师，中国美术家协会会员，内蒙古美术家协会理事、油画艺委会委员。第十二届全国美术作品展览提名作品奖、2015年中国百家金陵画展（油画）金奖、第三届全国少数民族美术作品展金奖、第十一届内蒙古自治区艺术（萨日纳）奖美术创作奖获得者。曾两度赴欧洲进行艺术考察。
2016年8月，参加吴冠中艺术馆举办的“2015·中国百家金陵画展（油画）金奖作者十人联展”。
