二、重量单（Weight Memo）

重量单着重说明重量情况，即货物的毛重、净重、皮重等，供买方安排运输、存仓时参考。

1.它是一份单独的单据。

2.数据和货物名称与其他单据一致。

3.重量应与发票、提单上的重量一致。

4.重量单如冠以Certificate of Weight（重量证书），则应经过签字且加上日期，要符合信用证的规定，并且应加上“We certify that the weights are true and correct”证明句为好。

Method 1: Verified Gross Mass Weight (VGM) must include weight of entire container, not including chassis, trailer.

Method 2: VGM must include weight of the goods, packing material, dunnage, and container tare.
