进出口合同中的保险条款

进出口合同中的保险条款，因采用不同的贸易术语而有所区别。

如按FOB、CFR、FCA和CPT条件成交，合同中只需规定“保险由买方办理”（Insurance to be covered by the buyers）。如按CIF、CIP条件成交，出口合同则需具体规定保险金额、保险险别。例如，“由卖方按发票金额的110％投保一切险加战争险，按2009年1月1日中国人民财产保险公司海洋运输货物保险条款”（Insurance is to be covered by the sellers for 110％ of the invoice value against All risks and War risks as per Ocean marine Cargo Clause of the People's Insurance Company of China dated Jan.1，2009）。
