五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

先天性梅毒的治疗原则是早期、系统、药物足量，并且应该在专业医生的指导下进行治疗，以取得最佳的治疗愈合效果。通过青霉素静脉滴注治疗是最有效的治疗方法，只有及时有效地治疗才能尽可能减少疾病后遗症的发生。

另外通过及时而正规的治疗患有梅毒的孕妇，可有效预防先天性梅毒综合征的发生，也是减少先天性梅毒综合征的最为有效的措施。因此对于患梅毒孕妇应积极治疗，另外，还应积极做好产前检查。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

对于各种类型的梅毒牙，以对症治疗为主，恢复牙齿的正常的功能及形态美观，对于单纯形态异常、功能正常患牙可不做处理。
