口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

小儿舌系带肉芽肿的治疗：首先通过调磨下颌乳前牙锐利的牙尖或拔除早萌乳牙，或行舌系带手术解除局部病因。对于局部黏膜病变可用美蓝涂敷，但禁用腐蚀性药物。另外改变喂养习惯，改用勺匙喂养，以此减少患儿吸吮动作，使得局部口腔黏膜溃疡能够尽快恢复。
