口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

可用Bonain溶液（盐酸可卡因、碳酸薄荷脑等量混合液）涂于鼻腔黏膜，也可用10%可卡因涂于鼻中隔后缘黏膜。近来有用口服酰胺咪嗪（carbamazepine）治疗，可减少症状，减少发作。神经节切除术疗效并不优于前述方法。
