一、疾病简介

Rutherfurd综合征（Rutherfurd syndrome，MIM#180900）又名眼牙综合征（oculodental syndrome），角膜发育不良伴牙龈肥大（corneal dystrophy with gum hypertrophy），先天性牙龈增生-牙萌出异常-角膜营养不良（congenital hypertrophy of the gingival，altered eruption of teeth and corneal dystrophy）。1931年Rutherfurd最先描述一个家庭三代成员存在牙齿缺陷，后续有学者对这一家庭进行随访报道，这也是迄今唯一一个被报道罹患此病的家系。该病为常染色体显性遗传性疾病，临床表现为经典的三联征：牙龈纤维瘤病、牙齿迟萌和角膜营养不良。(https://www.daowen.com)
