五、治疗

（一）一般治疗

CN的诊治关键在于及时早期诊断，避免长期感染而致的终末器官衰竭死亡。轻度CN患者可不予治疗，ANC严重减少合并感染时，可应用G-CSF联合抗生素治疗，从而增加中性粒细胞计数、减轻症状及降低感染风险。

（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议

1.加强口腔卫生指导，强化刷牙及使用牙线、冲牙器，在粒细胞减少期由于牙龈肿痛和口腔溃疡可使用氯己定漱口水。

2.牙周基础治疗和定期维护　一般建议在粒细胞恢复期进行专业的菌斑清除。
