五、治疗

1.应给支持疗法，注意护理，物理降温疗法或药物退热。

2.可采用维A酸类药物、抗疟药、皮质类固醇激素、氨苯砜等免疫抑制剂、雷公藤总苷等药物治疗。

3.近年来，肿瘤坏死因子抑制剂、吸附疗法和光动力疗法均应用于治疗，取得一定疗效。

4.中西结合治疗可提高疗效。病情急性发作期，可应用清瘟败毒饮加减。若病情控制后则按清热补血气，活血化瘀的原则治疗。
