高应变率下复合炸药的力学性能实验探究

【摘要】:郭洪福,周涛,张丁山,袁宝慧摘要:针对复合炸药8701 的力学性能进行了Hopkinson 试验研究,通过高速摄影获取8701 样品在加载过程中的响应图像,并运用环境扫描电镜对其碎片进行了分析。试验研究发现,在高应变率加载条件下8701 样品呈脆性断裂状态,材料的断裂应力为35 MPa,断裂应变为0.01。从加载图像发现8701 样品的侧面有两条与轴向成45°的断裂线,这种现象与玻璃等脆性材料的断裂特性相似。

摘 要:针对复合炸药8701 的力学性能进行了Hopkinson 试验研究,通过高速摄影获取8701 样品在加载过程中的响应图像,并运用环境扫描电镜对其碎片进行了分析。试验研究发现,在高应变率(400s-1)加载条件下8701 样品呈脆性断裂状态,材料的断裂应力为35 MPa,断裂应变为0.01。从加载图像发现8701 样品的侧面有两条与轴向成45°的断裂线,这种现象与玻璃等脆性材料的断裂特性相似。从8701 的碎片可以看出,8701 样品的断裂模式主要包含RDX 晶粒的断裂以及黏结剂界面的脱粘。

Abstract:Hopkinson test is carried out on the mechanical properties of composite explosive 8701 in this pa⁃per.Response images of 8701 samples during loading were obtained by high-speed photography,and their frag⁃ments was analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was found that 8701 samples present brittle fracture under high strain rate(400s-1)loading.The fracture stress is 35MPa and the fracture strain is 0.01.From the loading image,it is found that there are two fracture lines on the side of 8701 sample,which are 45 degrees from the axial direction.This phenomenon is similar to the fracture characteristics of brittle materials such as glass.The fracture mode of 8701 sample mainly includes the fracture of RDX grain and debond⁃ing of bonding agent interface.
