3.2　Management application of BIM

Through building a municipal BIM platform independently,the GIS tilt photography data and BIM model integrated[3].With the integrated application of“three-end one cloud”,integrated connection of basic data of computer end achieved.Using the mode that is daily on-site management data input of mobile phone,automatic statistics on webpage analysis,cloud automatic data storage and other requirements,multiparty can be collaborative participation.Then on-site management issues leave the mark,and the project quality,safety,schedule,cost and other aspects of refined management improved.

The application points include quality management,safety management,safety inspection,schedule management(Figure 6),engineering quantity management.Partial results are as follows.
