Conclusions

Under the overall framework of the Xiong'an New District,the project department actively promoted the construction of relevant smart city application projects,and formed a promotion mechanism with unified leadership,reasonable division of labor,clear responsibilities,and smooth operation.The group company strongly supported the development of BIM and CIM.

Meanwhile,through improving the BIM organization,policies,funds,talents and publicity measures,the development goals and main tasks of the municipal infrastructure project realized,which reflected the core connotation of the characteristic smart city of Xiong'an New District.
