Treatment
（1）Maintain airway，keep breathing and Circulation easy（catheterize PRN）.ICU/HDU may need to be consulted.If HDU is full，monitor in Short-stay ward.
（2）General supportive measures：e.g.iv-fluids，oxygen therapy gentlely etc.
（3）Decontamination：remove all the clothes，patient may need to be bathed with copious amounts of soap and water.
（4）Prevention of absorption by using activated charcoal.
（5）Atropine infusion：i.e.1.2mgⅣstat，then dissolve 24 vials（0.6mg per vial）of atropine in 500mL of normal saline and infuse at a rate of 60 drops per minute（125mL/（6 vials·h））.Continue infusion until transbronchial secretions are dry.
Notice that mydriasis is not the end of therapy and do not withhold atropine because of the tachycardia！(https://www.daowen.com)
（6）Aerosol inhalation of ipratropium or atropine can be used to improve respiratory symptoms.
