Therapy
Specific therapy is to be initiated within 30～60 minutes.
（1）Consider using antipyretics：eg.paracetamol 500～1000 mg tds for 2～3 days.
（2）Maintain fluid balance：BP＞90/60 mm Hg.
（3）Urine output＞0.5 mL/（kg·h）.
（4）The therapy before transferring the patient to the ward：collect the document，GCS，RR，BP，PR.
（5）Document results is from your requested specific investigations.consummating early diagnosis and improving treatments may decrease mortality or prolong life span.
（6）Management in the ward：reevaluate the febrile patient every day，is our treatment successful？Is the patient Improving？Any new complaints which could indicate another/the real source of infection？
（7）Consider repeating tests after 24～48 hours，clinical examination，combined diagnosis of hospital，video monitor inmate report，repetitive examinations，and synthetic judgment.
