237.四种“吃”。eat，dine，have，take
（1）eat：吃。普通用词，使用广泛。既可用于人，也可用于动物。如：
Look，he's eating bread.
看，他正在吃面包。
（2）dine：进餐，用餐。正式用词，既可指一日三餐中的任何一餐，也可以指特殊的用餐。如：
He dines alone most nights.
大多数晚上他都是一个人用餐。
（3）have主要与一日三餐或meal连用。如：(https://www.daowen.com)
What did you have for breakfast?
你早餐吃的什么？
（4）take表示“吃药”的意思。如：
Take this medicine three times a day，two tablets at a time.
这个药每天吃三次，每次吃两片。
另外swallow意为“吞下，咽下”，常指匆匆忙忙地吃。chew指“咀嚼”。
