240.四种“评价”。assess，value，evaluate，estimate
（1）assess：评定；估价。原义指为确定交多少税而估计，引申指通过估价以便更好利用。如：
Assess housing demand regularly and accurately.
定期、准确地评估房屋需求。
（2）value：评价；重视；估价。侧重指一般人对某物的价值或价格所作的估计。如：
He valued the house too high.
他给这座房子的估价太高。
（3）evaluate：评价；估价。多用于对人物的某方面的评价，很少用于评估某物的市场价值。如：(https://www.daowen.com)
I can not evaluate his ability.
我不能评价他的能力。
（4）estimate：估计；估价；判断。通常指由个人作出的主观判断，但并不一定准确。如：
The gardener estimated that it would take him four hours to weed the garden.
园丁估计他给花园除草需要四个小时的时间。
