Ancient Wudang Mountain is located in the depths of the Taihang Mountains,40 kilometers northwest of Wu'an City. It is commonly known as Laoye Mountain in North Wudang and covers an area of more than 20 square kilometers. Its main peak is 1437.7 meters above sea level.
