The cellulase production（C1，Cx，andβ-glucosidase）of washed mycelia of Trichoderma pseudokoningii Rafai N2-78 was induced by sophorose，meanwhile，the change of nucleic acid content in washed mycelia showed a certain regularities.By the way of addition of inhibiter of nuclease and fast extraction at lower temperature，the total nucleic acids were isolated from washed mycelia of N2-78 treated with sophorose，and from them a Poly（A）-RNA was separated by oligo（dT）-cellulose chromatography.The content of Poly（A）-RNA in mycelia treated with sophorose was shown by affinity chromatography and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to be higher than the control.(https://www.daowen.com)
