3.1　Study Subjects

Subjects were enrolled in the study after informed consent was obtained.Inclusion criteria were as follows：HIV seropositivity with CD4+T-cell counts between 100—600 cells/ml；no prior use of DNCB；either no current use of antiretroviral therapy，or treatment with a stable dose of zidovudine（AZT），dideoxyinosine（ddI）or dideoxycytidine（ddC）for at least six months；and no use of any other experimental medication.Patients with an AIDS diagnosis（significant opportunistic infections or malignancy）were excluded.All subjects had routine follow-up with their primary physicians during the study，and blood test results were shared with the primary physician.(https://www.daowen.com)
