Assay Precision

To determine the intraassay precision，bacterial transformant lots A and B were run through the whole procedure four times in one assay.The resulting plasmid copy numbers，as well as the standard deviation（STDEV）and the percentage coefficient of variation（%CV）of the replicates，as shown in Table 2.For determination of the interassay precision，the same samples were run through the whole procedure in four separate assays，and the resulting plasmid copy numbers were compared（see Table 3）.The results show that the%CV in the intraassay precision test corresponded to 8.2%—9.9%，while the%CV in the interassay precision experiment ranged from 7.1%—9.8%.
