Assay Ruggedness

For determination of assay ruggedness，bacterial transformant lots A and B were run through the whole procedure by four different people in two different labs at different times.The resulting plasmid copy numbers，as well as the standard deviation（STDEV）and the percentage coefficient of variation（%CV），as shown in Table 6.The resulting%CV was 9.3%to 17.5%.
