2.1 Incidences of all cancers（ICD-10：C00-C96）
In 2016, there were a total of 78 430 (Male:42 028, Female: 36 402) new cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas, among which 16 724(21.32%) were from urban areas and 61 706 (78.68%)from rural areas.
The incidence rate of all cancer sites was 268.31 /105 (279.03/105 for males and 256.91/105 for females).The ASR China was 211.84/105 and ASR World was 209.27/105.The cumulative rate（0~74 years old） for both sexes was 24.55%.
The incidence rate of all cancers in urban areas was 276.82/105（294.26/105 for males and 258.76/105 for females）.The ASR China was 211.54/105 and ASR World was 208.54/105The cumulative rate（0~74 years old）for both sexes was 23.36%.
The incidence rate of all cancer sites in rural areas was 266.09/105（275.13/105 for males and 256.42/105 for females）.The ASR China was 212.12/105 and ASR World was 209.71/105.The cumulative rate（0~74 years old）for both sexes was 24.87%.(https://www.daowen.com)
In urban areas, the crude incidence rates for both genders of all cancer sites were higher than those in rural areas.Whereas the ASR China, ASR World and cumulative rates in the urban areas were lower than those in the rural areas.(Table 4-2)
