Liver (C22)
In 2016, liver cancer cases accounted for 9.6%of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 25.77/105, ASR for China 20.07/105 and ASR for World 19.95/105.The incidence in males was 34.7/105, and 16.28/105 in females.It was 2.4 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.16 times in rural areas as that in urban areas.The crude mortality of stomach cancer in 2016 was 20.99/105, ASR for China was 16.14/105and ASR for World 16.09/105.The mortality in males was 27.97/105, and 13.57/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 2.37% and 1.86%, respectively.(Table 5-6)

肝脏恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~34 岁年龄段处于较低水平，35 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰，男性高于女性。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-6a ～图5-6f）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of liver cancer were relatively low before 35 years old and increased dramatically since 35 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 80~ or 85+.Incidence and mortality rates in male were generally higher than those in female.Although the age-specific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas, they showed similar curves.(Figure 5-6a~figure 5-6f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性肝脏恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（38/10万），其次是漯河市和南阳市卧龙区；女性发病率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（12.54/10 万），其次是南阳市卧龙区和漯河市。男性标化死亡率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（29.33/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是漯河市（10.69/10 万）。（图5-6g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of liver cancer in males was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City(38/105), followed by Wolong District of Nanyang City and Luohe City.In females, it was the highest inHualong District of Puyang City (12.54/105),followed by Wolong District of Nanyang City and Luohe City.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City for males(29.33/105) and in Luohe City for females (10.69/105).(Figure 5-6g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性肝脏恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是沈丘县（56.05/10万），其次是固始县和虞城县；女性发病率最高的是郸城县（22.24/10 万），其次是沈丘县和济源市。男性标化死亡率最高的是沈丘县（42.07/10万），女性死亡率最高的是郸城县。（19.39/10 万）（图5-6h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of liver cancer in males was the highest in Shenqiu County (56.05/105),followed by Gushi County and Yucheng County.For females, it was the highest in Dancheng County(22.24/105), followed by Shenqiu County and Jiyuan City.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Shenqiu County for males (42.07/105) and Dancheng for females (19.39/105).(Figure 5-6h)
