In 2016, cancer cases of gallbladder and extrahepatic ducts (the following named as gallbladder cancer) accounted for 1.41% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 3.78/105, ASR for China 2.87/105 and ASR for World 2.87/105.The incidence in males was 3.21/105, and 4.38/105 in females.It was 1.18 times in females as high as that in males and it was 1.14 times in urban areas as that in rural areas.The crude mortality of gallbladder cancer in 2016 was 2.52/105,ASR for China was 1.87/105 and ASR for World 1.87/105.The mortality in males was 2.07/105, and 2.99/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.34% and 0.21%, respectively.(Table 5-7)

胆囊及其他恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~44 岁年龄段处于较低水平，45 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁达到高峰，男性低于女性。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-7a ～图5-7f）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of gallbladder cancer were relatively low before 45 years old and increased dramatically since 45 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 80~.Incidence and mortality rates in males were lower than those in females.Although the age-specific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas, they showed similar curves.(Figure 5-7a~figure 5-7f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性胆囊及其他恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是漯河市（4.92/10万），其次是三门峡市湖滨区和平顶山市；女性发病率最高的是洛阳市（5.97/10 万），其次是三门峡市湖滨区和鹤壁市。男性标化死亡率最高的是漯河市（2.85/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是三门峡市湖滨区（4.96/10 万）。（图5-7g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of gallbladder cancer in males was the highest in Luohe City (4.92/105),followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Pingdingshan City.In females, it was the highest in Luoyang City (5.97/105), followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Hebi City.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Luohe City for males(2.85/105) and Hubin District of Sanmenxia City for females (4.96/105).(Figure 5-7g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性胆囊及其他恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是漯河市郾城区（5.58/10 万），其次是偃师市和虞城县；女性发病率最高的是孟津县（7.93/10 万），其次是新安县和汝阳县。男性标化死亡率最高的是偃师市（4.19/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是孟津县（5.63/10 万）。（图5-7h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of gallbladder cancer in males was the highest in Yancheng District of Luohe City (5.58/105), followed by Yanshi County and Yucheng County.For females, it was the highest in Mengjin County (7.93/105), followed by xin'an County and Ruyang county.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Yanshi city for males (4.19/105) and Mengjin County for females (5.63/105).(Figure 5-7h)
