Laryngeal (C10.1, C32)
In 2016, laryngeal cancer cases accounted for 0.49% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 1.31/105,ASR for China 1.00/105 and ASR for World 1.01/105.The incidence in males was 2.19/105, and 0.37/105in females.The ASR China incidence was 6.81 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.12 times in urban areas as that in rural areas.The crude mortality of laryngeal cancer in 2016 was 0.72/105,ASR for China was 0.54/105 and ASR for World 0.55/105.The mortality in males was 1.09/105, and 0.32/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.13% and 0.06%, respectively.(Table 5-9)

喉恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~44岁年龄段处于较低水平，45 岁以后快速上升，在80 岁达到高峰，男性高于女性。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-9a ～图5-9f）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of laryngeal cancer were relatively low before 45 years old and increased dramatically since 45 years old, reaching the peak at the age group 80 for both males and females.Incidence and mortality rates in males were generally higher than those in female.The age-specific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas with similar curves.(Figure 5-9a~figure5-9f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性喉恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（6.01/10万），其次是湖滨区和洛阳市；女性发病率最高的是鹤壁市（0.31/10 万），其次是濮阳市华龙区和信阳市浉河区。男性标化死亡率最高的是湖滨区（1.97/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是湖滨区（0.46/10 万）。（图5-9g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the age-standardized incidence rate of laryngeal cancer in males was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City (6.01/105), followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Luoyang City.In females, it was the highest in Hebi City (0.31/105), followed by Hualong District of Puyang City and Shihe District of Xinyang City.The highest age-standardized mortality rates were in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City for both males (1.97/105) and female (0.46/105).(Figure 5-9g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性喉恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是濮阳市濮阳县（3.32/10万），其次是周口市郸城县和开封市祥符区；女性发病率最高的是郸城县（1.30/10 万），其次是濮阳市濮阳县和南阳市方城县。男性标化死亡率最高的是开封市祥符区（2.15/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是商丘市虞城县（1.58/10 万）。（图5-9h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of laryngeal cancer in males was the highest in Puyang County of Puyang City (3.32/105), followed by Dancheng County of Zhoukou City and Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City.For females, it was the highest in Dancheng County(1.30/105), followed by Puyang County of Puyang City and Fangcheng County of Nanyang City.The ASR China mortality was the highest in Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City for males (2.15/105)and in Yucheng County of Shangqiu City for females(1.58/105).(Figure 5-9h)
