.Uterine Corpus (C54)
In 2016, uterine corpus cancer cases accounted for 1.66% of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 9.20/105, ASR for China 7.30/105 and ASR for World 6.99/105.The crude incidence in urban and rural areas were 8.83/105 and 9.29/105, respectively.It was 1.14 times in rural areas as that in urban areas.The crude mortality of uterine corpus cancer in 2016 was 2.24/105, ASR for China was 1.72/105 and ASR for World 1.67/105.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.77% and 0.21%, respectively.(Table 5-14)

子宫体恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~24 岁年龄段处于较低水平，25 岁以后快速上升，在50 岁和65 岁组达到高峰。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-14a ～图5-14b）

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，发病率最高的是南阳市卧龙区（8.58/10 万），其次是三门峡市湖滨区和洛阳市。死亡率最高的是漯河市（3.51/10 万）。（图5-14c）
The age-specific China incidence rate of uterine corpus cancer were relatively low before 24 years old and increased dramatically since 25 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 50 and 65+ respectively.The age-specific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas with similar curves.(Figure 5-14a~figure 5-14b)

Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of uterine corpus cancer was the highest in Wolong District of Nanyang City(8.58/105), followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Luoyang City.The highest ASR China mortality was in Luohe City (3.51/105).(Figure 5-14c)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，发病率最高的是商丘市虞城县（32.86/10 万），其次是禹州市和济源市。死亡率最高的是禹州市（8.41/10万）。（图5-14d）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of uterine corpus cancer was the highest in Yucheng County of Shangqiu City(32.86/105), followed by Yuzhou City and Jiyuan City.The highest ASR China mortality was in Yuzhou County (8.41/105).(Figure 5-14d)
