Ovary (C56)
In 2016, ovary cancer cases accounted for 1.48%of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 8.21/105, ASR for China 6.67/105 and ASR for World 6.34/105.The crude incidence in urban areas was 8.39/105, and 8.17/105 in rural areas.It was 1.06 times in rural areas as that in urban areas.The crude mortality of ovary cancer in 2016 was 3.27/105, ASR for China was 2.47/105 and ASR for World 2.43/105.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.68% and 0.30%, respectively.(Table 5-15)

卵巢恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~30 岁年龄段处于较低水平，30 岁以后快速上升，分别在65 岁和80 岁年龄组达到高峰。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-15a ～图5-15b）

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，发病率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（9.91/10 万），其次是三门峡市湖滨区和洛阳市。死亡率最高的是濮阳市华龙区（5.12/10 万）。（图5-15c）
The age-specific incidence and mortality rates of ovarian cancer were relatively low before 30 years old and increased dramatically since 30 years old,reaching the peak at the age group of 65 and 80,respectively, then remained a relative high level.The age-specific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas with similar curves.(Figure 5-15a~figure 5-15b)

Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of ovarian cancer was the highest in Hualong District of Puyang City (9.91/105),followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Luoyang City.The highest ASR China mortality was in Hualong District of Puyang City (5.12/105).(Figure 5-15c)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，发病率最高的是南阳市方城县（15.41/10 万），其次是信阳市固始县和洛阳市嵩县。死亡率最高的是南阳市方城县（7.05/10 万）。（图5-15d）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of ovarian cancer was the highest in Fangcheng County of Nanyang City(15.41/105), followed by Gushi County of Xinyang City and Song County of Luoyang City.The highest mortality of ovarian cancer was in Fangcheng County of Nanyang City (7.05/105).(Figure 5-15d)
