Leukemia (C91-C95)
In 2016, leukemia cases accounted for 1.90%of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 5.10/105, ASR for China 4.56/105 and ASR for World 4.68/105.The incidence in males was 5.66/105, and 4.50/105 in females.The ASR for China of leukemia incidence was 1.31 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.07 times in urban areas as that in rural areas.The crude mortality of leukemia in 2016 was 3.25/105, ASR for China was 2.82/105 and ASR for World 2.83/105.The mortality in males was 3.51/105, and 2.97/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.43% and 0.28%, respectively.(Table 5-22)

白血病年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~34 岁年龄段处于较低水平，35 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰，男性高于女性。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-22a ～图5-22f）
The age-specific incidence of leukemia maintained relatively low since 0~34 age group and increased gradually since 35 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 80 or 85.The agespecific incidence and mortality rates varied in urban and rural areas with similar curves.(Figure 5-22a~figure 5-22f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性白血病恶性肿瘤标化发病率最高的是三门峡市湖滨区（10.53/10 万），其次是洛阳市和漯河市；女性发病率最高的是鹤壁市（8.49/10 万），其次是漯河市和三门峡市湖滨区。男性标化死亡率最高的是三门峡市湖滨区（7.61/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是漯河市（5.27/10 万）。（图5-22g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of leukemia in males was the highest in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City(10.53/105), followed by Luoyang City and Luohe City.In females, it was the highest in Hebi City (8.49/105),followed by Luohe City and Hubin District of Sanmenxia City.The age-standardized mortality was the highest in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City in males (7.61/105) and Luohe City in females (5.27/105).(Figure 5-22g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性白血病标化发病率最高的是洛阳市偃师市（10.08/10万），其次是洛阳市汝阳县和周口市沈丘县；女性发病率最高的是洛阳市偃师市（9.29/10 万），其次是洛阳市孟津县和漯河市郾城区。男性标化死亡率最高的是洛阳市宜阳县（6.61/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是漯河市郾城区（6.11/10 万）。（图5-22h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas, the ASR China incidence rate of leukemia in males was the highest in Yanshi City of Luoyang City (10.08/105),followed by Ruyang County and Shenqiu County of Zhoukou City.For females, it was the highest in Yanshi City of Luoyang City (9.29/105), followed by Mengjin County of Luoyang City and Yancheng District of Luohe City.The age-standardized mortality was the highest in Yiyang County for males (6.61/105)and in Yancheng District of Luohe City for females(6.11/105).(Figure 5-22h)
