Lymphoma (C81-C85, C88, C90, C96)
In 2016, lymphomas cases accounted for 1.18%of all cancer cases in Henan cancer registration areas with the crude incidence of 3.16/105, ASR for China 2.59/105 and ASR for World 2.54/105.The incidence in males was 3.49/105, and 2.82/105 in females.It was 1.36 times in males as high as that in females and it was 1.3 times in urban areas as that in rural areas.The crude mortality of lymphomas cancer in 2016 was 1.59/105, ASR for China was 1.25/105 and ASR for World 1.26/105.The mortality in males was 1.81/105,and 1.36/105 in females.The cumulative rates of incidence and mortality from 0 to 74 years old were 0.29% and 0.14%, respectively.(Table 5-21)

恶性淋巴瘤恶性肿瘤年龄别发病率和死亡率在0~34 岁年龄段处于较低水平，35 岁以后快速上升，在80~岁或85+岁组达到高峰，男性和女性无明显差异。城乡和不同地区年龄别率的水平虽然有一定的差异，但总体趋势类同。（图5-21a ～图5-21f）
The ASR China incidence and mortality rates of lymphomas were relatively low before 34 years old and presented increase trends since 35 years old, reaching the peak at the age group of 80 or 85.The age-specific incidence and mortality rates were similar between males and females, with similar curves in rural areas and urban areas.(Figure 5-21a~figure 5-21f)

在8 个城市肿瘤登记地区中，男性恶性淋巴瘤标化发病率最高的是洛阳市（6.38/10 万），其次是三门峡市湖滨区和漯河市；女性发病率最高的是洛阳市（4.19/10 万），其次是鹤壁市和三门峡市湖滨区。男性标化死亡率最高的是洛阳市（4.04/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是洛阳市（2.02/10 万）。（图5-21g）
Among the 8 urban cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of lymphomas was the highest in Luoyang City for males (6.38/105), followed by Hubin District of Sanmenxia City and Luohe City.It was the highest in Luoyang City for females(4.19/105), followed by Hebi City and Hubin District of Sanmenxia City .The age-standardized mortalities in Luoyang City were the highest in both males(4.04/105) and females (2.02/105).(Figure 5-21g)

在27 个农村肿瘤登记地区中，男性恶性淋巴瘤标化发病率最高的是驻马店市西平县（8.34/10 万），其次是开封市祥符区和偃师市；女性发病率最高的是洛阳市偃师市（5.16/10 万），其次是开封市祥符区和西平县。男性标化死亡率最高的是驻马店市西平县（7.98/10 万），女性死亡率最高的是开封市祥符区（3.24/10 万）。（图5-21h）
Among the 27 rural cancer registration areas,the ASR China incidence rate of lymphomas in males was the highest in Xiping County of Zhumadian City(8.34/105), followed by Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City and Yanshi city.For females, it was the highest in Yanshi City of Luoyang City (5.16/105), followed by Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City and Xiping County of Zhumadian City.The age-standardized mortality was the highest in Xiping County of Zhumadian City for males (7.98/105) and Xiangfu District of of Kaifeng City for females (3.24/105).(Figure 5-21h)
