The quality of metal materials is directly related to the safety of live working,so the metal materials for making tools for live working must be good materials with high mechanical strength and light weight.At present,metal materials used in live working are mainly as follows.

(2)Titanium alloy.Titanium alloy used in aerospace field has higher strength and lighter weight than aluminum alloy,but its price is also higher,so it is suitable for making all kinds of UHV clamps.

(3)High-strength alloy steel.High-strength alloy steel is used for tool parts which require high mechanical strength.
