3.In terms of price, try to avoid the occurrence of changing price when customers confirm to place an order or pay deposits. Regarding the delivery time of the product,leave enough buffer time within the controllable range, and do not make promises that cannot be fulfilled.

4.Do not use discriminatory language when recommending products to customers from different countries and regions. Respect the culture and religious belief of customers. Do not comment their culture and living habits, let alone criticize them.

5.When sensitive questions or questions involving business secrets are put forward, we should be flexible and handle tactfully. Like “sorry, I’m not familiar with that area. If you find it difficult to give customers a satisfactory answer for the time being, you should make sure to reply later after having the answers. In case you encounter a question that cannot be answered, be honest about the facts, and don’t pretend to understand and talk nonsense.
