DESCRIPTION*:
This module covers the time value of funds，funds-raising，investments，cost of capital，capital structure and dividend distribution.With this module，students will learn the basic concepts of financial management and master the ability to manage an enterprise from the perspective of finance.
OVERALL AIM(S)FOR THE MODULE*:
· Thismodule addresses and appraises the basic concepts and methods of financial management，and thus provides the basis for further study in this field for those students who wish it.
· This module will enable students to learn how to raise funds，make investment decisions，operate assets，and implement profit distribution.
LEARNING OUTCOMES*:
On successful completion of the module students will be able to:
