The SCQF level descriptors set out the characteristic generic outcomes of each SCQF level.They are intended to provide a general，shared understanding of each level and to allow broad comparisons to be made between qualifications and learning programmes at different levels.They are not intended to give precise or comprehensive statements for individual qualifications or learning programmes，and there is no expectation that these should have all of the characteristics.苏格兰学分与资历框架等级标准规定了每个苏格兰学分与资历框架等级所特有的一般性结果，旨在提供对每一等级的普遍和共同的理解，并使不同等级的资格和学习方案之间能够进行广泛的比较。并不以对个别资历或学习方案做出精确或全面的说明为目的，也不要求涵盖所有的特征。
