大学生职业决策困难的现状及对策研究——以廊坊师范学院大学生为例[5]
摘要:目的 了解大学生职业决策和职业决策困难的现状,并探讨大学生职业决策困难与择业观及职业决策自我效能感与之间的关系。方法 采用《职业价值观问卷》、《职业决策效能感量表和《职业决策困难问卷》对210名师范大学生进行测量,有效样本201份。用SPSS17.0中文版做描述统计、方差分析、T检验及相关。结果 ①大部分大学生在职业决策上困难不是很大,但是二、三年级的学生在职业决策上困难表现较为突出。②择业观标准适中,心态良好。其中,男生独生子女更注重自我发展,二三年级的学生更加看重声望地位。③自我效能感的水平处于中等水平,职业决策效能感水平居中,整体上不存在显著差异。但是,在性别的方面,男生相对于女生表现地更加自信,性格可能比较果敢,敢闯敢拼;居住地不同的职业决策效能感情况类似;还有,独生子女在制定计划方面相对比较弱些。结论 大学生职业决策困难程度居中,其中在择业时,男生更注重自我发展,自我效能感的水平处于中等水平,职业决策效能感与职业决策困难程度呈现负相关。

Abstract: Objective to understand college students' career decision-making and the current situation of career decision-making difficulties, and career decision-making difficulties of college students and view and career decision-making self-efficacy and the relationship between.Methods Methods the occupational values questionnaire,career decision-making self-efficacy scale and career decision-making difficulties questionnaire to measure 210 normal college students,201 valid samples.Using SPSS17.0 Chinese version to do description statistics,analysis of variance,T test and related. Results (1) most of the college students on career decision-making difficulty is not great, but the second and third grade students in career decision-making difficulties performance is more outstanding, and different degree will also affect its parents.(2) view of the standard is moderate, good mentality.Among them, the boy only children pay more attention to self-development, the students of grade two or three more valued reputation status.(3) the level of self-efficacy in the medium level, parents' education is the important factor, and this negative correlation.Conclusion center degree of career decision-making difficulties of college students, and among them when choosing a career, men pay more attention to self-development, parents' education showed different levels, different self-efficacy of college students themselves career decision-making self-efficacy is negatively related to the present level of career decision-making difficulties.
