After the sun went down into the sea，it boiled the sea.The boiling water awoke the Big Golden Dragon，who was sleeping at the bottom of the sea.With rolling，roaring，and staring round in the eyes，the Big Golden Dragon searched everywhere for the monster causing the billows.The dragon pushed the wild waves and drove the huge waves from south to north and from the bottom to the surface.When searching for the monster at the bottom of Luofeng Mountain on the west side of the sea，the dragon saw a glowing red，hot fireball rolling and bobbing in the waves.The Big Golden Dragon rushed forward with a loud roar，opened his bloody huge mouth and swallowed the flaming sun into his stomach.

After the dragon swallowed the sun，the waves stopped surging and the tide stopped gushing，and the whole sea was shrouded in smoke.The sun burned more intensely in the dragon's stomach，burning his intestines like black chestnut charcoal，his stomach like cochineal，his heart like purple eggplant，his liver like young lotus...The Big Golden Dragon was suffering the pain，just like being fried in the oil and cut by a knife.

He could not stand the pain any more，with a bow in his waist，a swing in his tail，a full-body effort，and a loud roar，he tried to spit out the sun from his stomach.But instead of being spit out，the sun was stuck in the dragon's throat，which choked him out of breath and could not make a sound.The dragon felt dizzy，his eyes blur，and his whole body weak.He couldn't bear it any longer.With a shake of his head，he bumped into Luofeng Mountain.The sun stuck in his throat turned into a giant meatball，and then spurted out of his gills and burst to Luofeng Mountain.

The giant meatball turned into countless pieces of sliced meat，shredded meat，and powdered meat，flying all over the place.Some meats leapt into the sky and became clouds；some hung in the air and became birds；those which fell on the mountains became trees and flowers；those which fell on the ridges became beasts and birds；those which fell on the ground became insects；those which fell to the bottom of the sea became fish，shrimps and turtles；and those which fell on the surface of water turned into seaweeds...

The unbreakable flesh core rolled into the conch-like cave，halfway up to Luofeng Mountain，and exploded at the bottom of the cave.The left half of the flesh core landed first and became a woman；while right half of the flesh core landed later and turned into a man.Their descendants called this woman Laotai（the married woman in common sense in Bai language，but here it means the female ancestor）and the man Laogu（the married man in common sense in Bai language，but here it means the male ancestor）.Since then，human beings have come into being in the world.
