3.8　Encapsulated Papillary Carcinoma

Term：Also known as intracapsular papillary carcinoma，papillary carcinoma with clear boundary and single cyst

Clinical manifestations：

●Touchable mass

●Border clearing

●Nipple discharge

Mammography：

●Round，ova，lobulated，high-density lumps with sharp edges

●There may be multiple lumps in the disease，and these lumps are often located in one quadrant

●Rare burrs

●Unshaped，polymorphic calcification

MR：

●High signal in TIWI（because of bleeding）(https://www.daowen.com)

●Uneven enhancement，boundary clearance
