4.3.2 Absolute Contraindication
（1）The radiotherapy person during the period of pregnancy and vibration.For pregnant women，breast-care surgery can be performed during pregnancy and radiotherapy can be performed after delivery.
（2）The lesions are widespread or recognized as multi-center lesions，and the malignant characteristics of widespread or diffuse distribution of calcification lesions，and it is difficult to achieve cut-edge negative or ideal appearance.

（4）The patient refuses to undergo breast-feeding surgery.
（5）Inflammatory breast cancer patients.
