5.2.2　HER-2 Negative Adjuvant Therapy

The indications for adjuvant chemotherapy in the 2017 CSCO guidelines are：（1）axillary lymph node positive；（2）triple negative breast cancer；（3）HER-2 positive breast cancer（T1b and above）；（4）histological grading is grade 3；（5）the tumor is larger than 3～5cm.In 2018 and 2019，except for tumors should be larger than 2 cm，the rest of the indications were unchanged.
