The goal of preventing and controlling tumors by inducing immunity to vaccination has always been the ideal state that oncologists want to achieve.Stimuvax（L-BLP25 or BLP25 liposome vaccine）is one of the pioneering drugs currently developed in this area，and can stimulate an active specific immune response against MUC1 malignant cells.The positive expression rate of MUC1 in breast cancer was 91%.Estrogen can up-regulate the expression of MUC1 gene，leading to an increase in intracellular MUC1 synthesis，thereby up-regulating the circulating MUC1 level and inducing T cell immunosuppressive responses.Tamoxifen blocks ERα and is a decrease in intracellular and peripheral MUC1 levels，so combined use may benefit.At present，breast cancer vaccine is in the pre-clinical and early development stage，and there is still no data to support its application prospects in breast cancer.(https://www.daowen.com)
