0.3.2　文件操作命令

echo file content>文件名：写文本到指定文件。

如：echo "hello world">hello.txt，实现将hello world写入到hello.txt文件中。(https://www.daowen.com)

type文件名：显示文件内容命令。如：type hello.txt。

del文件名或目录名：删除文件或目录及其下的所有文件。
