全株含左旋类没药素甲（istanbulin A），异嗪皮啶（isofraxiden），延胡索酸（fumaric acid）、琥珀酸（succinic acid），黄酮苷及香豆精衍生物。此外，还含 0.15%～0.20%的挥发油。
