Purpose
1.Master the inspection methods of various eggs.
2.Master the method of collecting and storing feces.
Experimental principle
The proportion of common parasite eggs is between 1.055 and 1.145，and the eggsin the water can sink.If it is placed in a saturated salt water with a specific gravity larger than the eggs（specific gravity is 1.170），the eggs will float on the liquid surface，facilitating the concentration of eggs and increasing the detection rate.
Experimental materials
Slide，50%glycerol solution，saline，feces，saturated saline.
Experimental content
1.Direct smear test(https://www.daowen.com)
Drop 1 drop of 50%glycerin solution（or normal saline，normal water）on the slide，mix a small amount of feces with glycerin solution，and then remove the larger or thicker feces，and finally leave a uniform layer on the slide.The requirement for the concentration of the feces is to place the slide on the newspaper，and it is appropriate to discriminate the writing underneath the fecal membrane.The coverslips were covered on the fecal membrane and examined under a microscope.
2.Floating inspection method-saturated brine floating method
（1）Take a dry and clean floating cup（or antibiotic vial）and add saturated saline to about 1/4 of the cup.
（2）Pick up the large feces of soybeans with a match stick，and mix well in a cup to make it a suspension.
（3）Slowly add saturated brine and mix while stirring until the saturated brine is slightly above the mouth of the cup without spilling.
（4）Allow to stand for 15-20min.
