ExerciseⅥ Examination of Human Mites
Purpose
1.Master the inspection method of human body sputum.
2.Master the morphological characteristics of adult mites（M.striata，whitefly，dust mites）adults.
Experimental principle
The mistletoe is deep in the stratum corneum of the host epidermis，feeds on keratinous tissue and lymph，and excavates with the cheeks and the front paws，gradually forming a tunnel parallel to the skin.It is usually mated on the surface of human skin at night.Common in the fingers，wrist flexor side，elbow fossa，armpits，groin，external genitalia，under the breast，etc.；in children，the whole body skin can be violated.Corresponding book color chart NO.48，49，50.

Experimental content
1.Transparent plastic inspection
Wash your face before going to bed at night，paste it in the nose area with clear glue.After getting up in the morning，uncover it and put it on a clean glass slide.
2.Direct scraping method
Use a pair of tweezers to gently scrape the skin of the face or nose and place it under the microscope.（Figure 1）
