十、结语
甲状腺实验室检查是甲状腺疾病、甲状腺相关疾病以及异常功能状态的重要手段,需要明确TSH、甲状腺激素及其衍生物、Tg及其自身抗体、甲状腺激素结合蛋白、TPOAb、TRAb等相关指标的基本概念、检测方法、适用范围以及临床意义。实验室检测结果具有重要的辅助诊断价值,当检测结果与临床表现、放射性检查、病理检查结果不符时,需要临床医生根据已有的医学知识、丰富的临床经验进行综合分析。
