样品信息和分析需求:铜金属表面氧化态定性和定量。

拟合元素:Cu(Cu2p,Cu LMM)。

(3)解析说明

从Cu2p精细谱可以看出,有明显的正二价态铜的特征卫星峰(940~950 eV),说明主要是氧化铜CuO,通过分峰拟合可以区分932.5 eV低价态铜和二价氧化铜,但金属铜和正一价氧化铜的结合能都在932.5 eV左右,需要结合Cu LMM俄歇谱峰进行判断。铜俄歇谱峰Cu LMM峰型不规整,不能用常规G-L分峰拟合方法,而是采用非线性最小二乘拟合(NLS)的方法进行化学态分峰和识别,从而得到准确的金属铜、正一价氧化铜以及正二价氧化铜的比例关系。
