第3节 研究方法
研究方法主要是将研究工作中所使用到的具体实施方案、步骤简明地描述出来。其主要目的是给读者借鉴，为其提供最真实有效的实验信息。通常，论文的读者都是同领域的科研人员，通过阅读论文的研究方法，他们能够完整地重复该实验。
对于研究方法的撰写格式，每个期刊的要求不同。部分期刊要求在研究方法部分将实验过程中所用到的所有试剂全部列出，并注明生产公司。涉及动物实验或人体标本的研究，需要提供伦理方面的证明或知情同意书等。关于研究方法部分在一篇论文中的位置，大部分期刊将该部分放在引言之后，有些将其放在论文最后，有些将其作为论文的“附件”（supplement）。因此，一定要认真阅读期刊的投稿指南，对方法的放置位置进行相应的调整。但无论如何，其宗旨都是让读者能够通过阅读该部分内容，重复出想要做的实验。以下对撰写研究方法时需要注意的细节进行了整理。
①涉及人和动物的实验，需要提供伦理审查证明和知情同意书，如示例3-12和示例3-13所示。

②对于细胞实验，需要提供细胞来源（并标注公司），如示例3-14和示例3-15所示。

⑤对于使用到引物的实验，需要提供基因号及引物的序列。如果使用的引物比较少，引物序列通常会在方法部分直接使用文字描述；如果使用的引物比较多，一般多将引物序列放在表格中列出，如示例3-19和示例3-20所示。
